Headlining Acts For Mayfest

MayfestWant to know who’s performing at this years Mayfest? The headliners were recently announced and it seems like the collaboration with Dfest organizers paid off by bringing us some national acts.

Sister Hazel will perform Friday night and Old 97’s will take the stage Saturday night for the upcoming music and art festival. Sister Hazel has been around for 15 years, performing alternative, folk and southern rock music. They’re best known for their 1997 hit single “All For You”, which hit number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Old 97’s are an alternative country music band from Dallas. They too have been together since 1994 and have released eleven albums, the most recent being “Blame it on Gravity”, released last year.

Grady Nichols, the Red Dirt Rangers, Brandon Jenkins and Stars Go Dim are among those local acts.

Mayfest will be held May 14th through 17th in downtown Tulsa and these concerts are free and open to the public.
