Get Your Taxes Done Free

Like it or not, tax season is upon us. Fortunately, there are ways to do your taxes for free, and – here is the good part – by someone else. The Community Action Project launched its annual tax preparation program Monday for qualified folks. To be eligible, families must have made less than $50,000, $40,000 for individuals.

Volunteers will help you do your taxes for free if you qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit, and they are happy to help.
