New Downtown Tulsa Hotel
There are more development plans in the works for downtown Tulsa. Plans for a new hotel have recently been unveiled and it’s in a prime location.
The hotel will occupy a full city block, between 2nd and 3rd Streets, from Denver to Cheyenne, which places it directly across from the new BOK Center.
The upscale hotel will have 200 rooms, a conference center, retail space, and the ability to support BOK Center events both before and after. The $38 million project will be financed by a private trust.
