Starbucks Closings in Tulsa

Did anyone see this one coming besides me? Amidst many rumors and reports that the coffee chain is suffering, Starbucks recently announced that the company plans to close about 600 locations across the country.

Channel 2 reports that the closures will begin this month and will continue through the first half of 2009. The company’s website has listed 15 locations in Oklahoma set to close. Thankfully for all the die-hard fans, there is only one Starbucks closing in Tulsa. Here’s a list of the locations that are closing in Tulsa and surrounding areas:
