Tulsa’s oldest festival celebrating Hispanic culture is celebrating its 29th year.
The Tulsa Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has a commitment to provide a culturally and family oriented atmosphere through art, music, food and entertainment. There will be plenty of free parking and low participation costs for this family event.
