Get Fit at Tulsa Rec Centers

With the new year comes the inevitable weight loss and health goals. But getting fit can also be expensive. An affordable alternative to a gym membership is to take advantage of our city’s community center fitness rooms.

There are programs and equipment for all ages and abilities at the city’s rec centers. If you’re participating in the Million Miles Challenge, there are plenty of treadmills, bikes and elliptical trainers in each fitness room for you to log some miles on.
